Hello! I am a fully qualified counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework, ensuring that my practice is grounded in professionalism, integrity, and respect for all my clients.
I offer in-person and online counselling sessions, providing a flexible approach to meet your individual needs. If you want to change the way you are feeling about yourself and your life, I’m here to support you in a safe, understanding and confidential space. If you are struggling with any difficult feelings, personal concerns, life challenges, transitions or losses, I can offer wholehearted and non-judgemental therapy.
My core training is in Person-Centred and Psychodynamic counselling and I offer an integrative approach, meaning that I use various therapeutic techniques based on each client’s individual needs.
Together, we will work to explore your thoughts and feelings, helping you to gain insight and understanding of yourself, develop self-compassion and awareness, that can lead to positive changes in your life.
Counselling can seem daunting at first and I completely understand this! It is so important to find a counsellor who feels right for you. If you are ready to take the next step and would like a no-obligation 15 minute chat to find out if I might be right for you, then please do get in touch!
